How do I book an appointment at Rootz Hairdressing?


We operate on appointment only basis. You can book an appointment directly with us by emailing us at devinerootz@gmail.com with your desired appointment date or just give us a call or drop us a message on WhatsApp on 07562007282. We also take bookings via our Instagram DM, so choose whichever way works best for you! Our salon is based in Enfield, North London.




Why do you offer a free online consultation?


We welcome you to book in for complimentary chat with us. It's the perfect way for us to get to know you and your hair and for you to find out more about us before you book our services. However, there’s no obligation to book an appointment with us.




Why do I have to pay a deposit?


We operate on an appointment only basis and therefore request a deposit to secure your appointment with us. This helps ensure that our time isn’t unfairly taken up by people who are unlikely to turn up for the appointment. Deposits are non-refundable but fully transferable when you give us 48 hours notice to move your appointment.




What happens if I arrive late to my appointment?


We ask that you arrive promptly for your appointment. If you believe you will arrive late, please let us know as soon as possible we will do our best to keep your arranged appointments, however, we may have to shorten or change the appointment to ensure that our following clients for the day aren’t affected.





Products

Are all your products natural?


All our hair products are natural and the individual ingredients are carefully selected for optimal benefits. Our products are free from sulphates, parabens, artificial fragrance, SLS and silicones and other harsh synthetic chemicals. Products in our hair range are all hand made by us in London, UK.




I have sensitive skin, can I still use your products?


Our products are safe for use but we always advise our clients to carry out a sensitivity test by putting a small amount of the product on the back of the ear and leaving it there for 24 hours and then check if your skin reacted to the product before use.




I have just placed my order, when will it be shipped?


All orders are dispatched within 3 working days and shipped via Royal Mail 1st Class (signed) delivery.




Do you offer product samples?


No, we don't offer product samples. We use our products in our salon during client appointments. So a good way to test our products before purchasing is to book an appointment at Rootz Hairdressing.




Where can I purchase Devinerootz products?


We are the sole stockists of Devinerootz hair products and all online orders can be placed on our website: www.devinerootz.com. We accept payments from all major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro. You can also purchase our products during your appointment at Rootz Hairdressing (subject to availability).
