By paying the deposit, you agree to all the terms and conditions stated below.
1. All bridal bookings are subject to a 50% non-refundable and non-transferable deposit in order to secure the date required for the booking. The balance of 50% will be required at least 7 days before the wedding/event date.
2. It is advisable to book a consultation via our website to discuss the best suited hairstyle for you ahead of your big day. To book a consultation, click here.
3. Your trial will preferably take place at least three weeks before the wedding day, either at the salon in Enfield (North London) or at your chosen location (this may incur a travel charge depending on location).
4. Hair extensions are not included in the packages unless stated otherwise. Hence, please ensure that you discuss your hair extensions options and best hair practices during your consultation or hair trial. Please note that our Stylist has the right to refuse to work with greasy/unwashed hair or poor quality hair weaves, wigs and extensions.
5. For your trial, we allow up to 2 hours which means we will be able to create several different styles, once your desired look has been chosen, pictures are taken and can be emailed to you for reference.
6. Please be assured that in all cases our Head Stylist will take all bridal bookings from trial to the big day and hence she will style the bride on the day of the wedding and be on hand for any last minute touch ups until you are dressed and ready to go. Any Devinerootz stylist available on the day may style bridesmaids and flower girls.
7. There is also a separate travel fee of £100 for London bookings. For any locations further outside London, travel fees need to be discussed and agreed ahead of the wedding day.
8. For bookings outside London, transportation and accommodation fees may apply. Please note that due to time constraints we do not take coach journeys. For overnight stays, hotel reservations must be non-sharing and must include breakfast.
9. Additional charges may apply for any bookings that require a start time earlier than 7:30 a.m
10. For a wedding party with 4+ people, additional hair assistant(s) will be required to cover the larger wedding party. The charges will be specific to the individual and quoted upfront.
11. In the unlikely event that we are unable to attend your booking due to sickness, injury, personal emergency or any other circumstance beyond our control, we will endeavour to find a replacement hairstylist of a similar standard. This cannot, however, be guaranteed. If we are unable to find a replacement hairstylist, you will receive a full refund of monies paid, less the trial/consultation cost.
12. Either us or the assistant on the day (if applicable), will take pictures and videos of the hairstyles styled by us on the bride and those in the bridal party. These are for our own promotional purposes including use on our website, social media channels and on marketing materials.
14. International Bookings: All flight bookings must included one checked-in luggage bag due to hair styling equipments.
15. International Bookings: Travel to and from the venue must be provided for any bookings where the booked hotel is not within walking distance of the venue/bride's hotel.
