SHIPPING & RETURNS
Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, we are reducing our postage runs to twice a week. At this time, we only offer First Class (signed) delivery for all UK orders. However, sign up to our newsletter and follow us on socials to find out when Next day delivery options will be available.
All our deliveries are shipped via Royal Mail First Class (signed) delivery and will take 3-5 working days to arrive to you. Once orders have been dispatched, you will receive an email or SMS update with the tracking details.
Despite Royal Mail's best efforts, some orders may experience slightly longer delivery timescales than their usual service standards. This is due to the exceptionally high volumes of mail they are having to post during this further lockdown period, alongside necessary coronavirus-related measures they have put in place in local mail centres and delivery offices to keep everyone safe. We ask that you wait 10 days after receiving your dispatch confirmation email before getting in contact with us about your order.
All orders placed over the weekend will be packed and dispatched on Monday morning (Tuesday in the event of a bank holiday).
All UK shipping is FREE for all orders over £50.
Due to current weight restrictions with internationally postage, we have had to temporarily postpone delivery to outside the UK. Apologies for any inconvenience caused.
Due to health and safety risks, we are currently unable to accept returns on any products and therefore all sales are final.
If you have received damaged goods (not caused by handling during shipping as this is out of our control), please email us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and a photo and description of the damage and we will process the refund for you, once we receive the returned items.
